MUST MEET AT LEAST ONE OF THE TWO PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

• PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY REQUIRMENT #1 OF 2 - PROPERTY NEEDING REPAIR AND/OR UPGRADES: only availalbe to homeowners whose property is damaged and/or in need of repairs (be they major or minor), whose properties have immediately available equity of at least 35% of the market value (determined by comps from at least 2 realtors from sales within the last 30 days) plus enough additional equity to cover the cost of repairs (necessary repair/upgrade amount determined by our contractors). EXAMPLE: if the property is worth $100,000 as determiend by the comps (as previously described) and the house needs $20,000 in repairs & upgrades, the immediately available required liquid equity for eligibility would be $55,000: $35,000 = 35% of reteail value + $20,000 for repairs

• PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT #2 OF 2 - PROPERTY NOT NEEDING REPAIR AND/OR UPGRADES: only availalbe to homeowners whose property is in excellent condition, needing no repairs or upgrades, whose properties have immediately available equity of at least 35% of the market value (determined by comps from at least 2 realtors from sales within the last 30 days) and needs no repairs or upgrades (necessary repair/upgrade amount determined by our contractors). EXAMPLE: if the property is worth $100,000 as determiend by the comps (as previously described) and the house needs $0 in repairs & upgrades, the immediately available required liquid equity for eligibility would be $35,000: $35,000 = 35% of reteail value + $00 for repairs.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• LIMIT: 1 card per household in a 12 month period
• only available to the homeowner of a property
• if there is more than one homeowner it is only available to one of the homeowners, and the offer is void for all other homeowners of that property once one of the homeowners claims the card
• Requires on site visitaiton at the property to determine property value & necessary repairs • Card is delivered in person, direclty to the homeowners at their property, shortly after verifying all eligibility requirements are met (meaning a second meeting is necessary)
• All homeowners must personally meet with us at the property, even though only 1 can claim the visa gift card
• You must request a cash offer for the purchase and sale of your property to be eligible
• You must be the homeowner at the property for which you are requesting the offer

WHAT WE ARE GIVING AWAY
The card being awarded for those who meet the eligilibity requirements is a visa gift card with the value stated on the website. It is possible we may use some other form of card (american express, mastercard, etc...)
